Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited Enters Into an MOU With Army Welfare Housing Organization
Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited (TRIL), one of the leading real estate development company in India, entered into an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Army Welfare Housing Organisation (AWHO) to promote its ready possession properties in the country. The MoU signing took place in the esteemed presence of Adjutant-General Mr. Ashwini Kumar and Mr. Banamali Agarwala, President Infrastructure, Defense and Aerospace, Tata Sons. Under this partnership facilitated by Propequity, TRIL will extend an exclusive offer to over 1 crore plus Army Officers who are associated with AWHO for all its ready possession properties across 9 cities of India. In turn, AWHO would extensively promote residential projects through website listing, emailers and other database activations. The exclusive offer commences from 22nd August, 2019 and would be made available to AWHO members for a minimum of six months. The offer could be extended basis a mutual agreement. As part of its effort to give back to the Indian soldiers and their families, TRIL will provide AWHO members’ quick and direct allotment of the units along with the exclusive rates. The Company will also assist in post booking and onboarding support.
