Supertech new launch -Courtyard
India’s real estate developer Supertech Limited has launched a tower named, “Courtyard” which is a part of the Eco Village-1 project. It is located at Greater Noida (West). These two BHK apartments will be available in 1005 sqft. in size. “Courtyard at a nascent stage has generated enormous interest. We have given possession to more than 1,000 allottees for the first phase of Eco Village-1 and 500 families are already residing in the complex. After getting completion certificate from GNIDA, we have started sub-lease deed in favour of allottees,” said R.K. Arora, Chairman, Supertech Limited.
