Supertech delivers 16,000 units in two years
Delhi NCR based real estate firm Supertech Limited has delivered 16,000 units during two consecutive financial years between 14-15 and 15-16. Company claims that though it has been working against the odds and facing the challenges of the industry still it fulfilled the commitment given to its customers of timely delivery, keeping the construction quality intact. The company now, target to deliver 12,000 units in the current financial year 16-17. R.K. Arora, Chairman of Supertech Limited, said “This is a major achievement in real estate sector considering the severe pressure of possession delays, which are largely visible today. Despite the fact of recession period going on, Supertech always prove its mettle when it comes to delivering the projects with superior quality and execution of timely delivery. We have delivered 16,000 in the last two financial years and target to deliver 12,000 more units this current financial year. We are offering ready to move in apartments in our projects which will help us to improve the market sentiment and trust amongst our valued customers. We are giving possessionto our buyers timely because we areusing precast technology in construction in group housing project which give fast pace speed and quality construction.” He further added, “Supertech created a niche for itself and proved its customers the worth of investing with the company. Supertech was the only developer who was delivering projects across the cities. It delivered almost 12 projects, in phases, namely Eco Citi on Noida-Greater Noida Expressway in sector 137,Noida; Capetown & 34 Pavilion in NOIDA; Eco Village, Eco Village II & Eco Village III in Greater Noida (West); Upcountry & Golf Country on Yamuna Expressway; Czar in Greater Noida; Livingstone in Ghaziabad and Green Village & Meerut Sports City in Meerut. We have executed 2500 nos sale deed/sub lease deed to our customers in last two month.”
