Shriram Properties Launches Shriram Liberty Square
Most young professionals working in Bangalore living in rented homes often have to contend with high monthly rents, long, traffic-congested commutes to work and a lack of access to important lifestyle amenities. Buying a home is often considered out of the budget for young investors as the monthly EMIs are often far too high for them to afford. Bangalore-based real estate developer, Shriram Properties hopes to break this perception with the announcement of their latest project, Shriram Liberty Square in Electronic City-Phase II. The project includes 2BHK and 3BHK homes starting at 860 sq.ft. The project aims to help young Bengalureans 'break free' from many of the compromises they need to make when living in a rented house. This is why the prices of the homes at Shriram Liberty Square have been kept low- starting at Rs. 41 lakhs- so that young investors can buy a home that is close to their workplace. Most people staying in Electronic City on rent often pay around Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 for an average-sized apartment. What people are currently paying as their rent, can instead be used to pay the EMI on their own home.
