ShapoorjiPallonji Group enters NCR with Maiden project in Gurugram

ShapoorjiPallonji Group announced the launch of aspirational housing brand ‘Joyville’ - Gurugram sector 102 at a city hotel today. This is the fourth project under Joyville brand following Kolkata, Virar and Pune. Phase one of the project will be launched by the end of 2023. The concept underlying the project is ‘Colour Inspired Living’- based on ‘colours of nature that will lift citizen’s spirits and calm their soul.’ SriramMahadevan, MD, JoyvilleShapoorji Housing, said, “We don’t talk much, we believe in executing; our track record speaks for ourself. Since we have delivered real estate projects for so many developers, it was time to develop one under our own brand. Hence our Real Estate arm came into existence.” “Joyville was formed in 2015 with four partners. In 2018 we sold 720+ units in the Hinjewadi Project. This is our first project in Delhi NCR,” added Mahadevan. When asked by Realty Plus about bottlenecks related to Dwarka Expressway, Mahadevan replied, “We think the bottlenecks will get resolved in the next few years.
