Sai Estate Consultants inks a deal for marketing and sales of Vedant Hubtown
Sai Estate Consultant Chembur Pvt Ltd (SECCPL) is the first ISO 9001 Certified & CRISIL Rated channel partners for both outright & leasing cases with emphasized focus across Mumbai and Delhi. The company was recently hired by Hubtown Developers for pre sales, sales, post sales &; marketing for their Wadala project, Vedant Hubtown in Mumbai.
Vedant Hubtown residential project has inventory worth about 220 crores & has mega sized 1 bhk &; 2 bhk units with 85 %
building work completed. Sai Estate Consultants will apparently start offering these units in open market at nearly 45 % lower prices than current Wadala prices.
Hubtown has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has completed over 13 million square feet of projects in Mumbai, Pune and Gujarat. The company has over 45 projects under development comprising over 50 million sq. ft.+ area, largely in Mumbai city. The company has pioneered in various Social Infrastructure Development projects and projects with local governments. Hubtown is led by Hemant Shah and Vyomesh Shah, both veterans in the real estate industry. Hubtown is listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
