SAI contributes to the PM Relief Fund
SECCPL, the leading Prop-Tech company providing microservices and Prop-Tech solutions on sole-selling mandates of real estate developers has extended a hand to the Covid-19 battle. SAI announced that the 2 lakhs out of marketing fee of 25 lakhs on each developer clients would be transferred to PM relief fund. SAI has clarified that the said contribution will be borne by SAI and won't be passed on to developers or end customers. We plug and play and start marketing projects in just 72 hrs. The lockdown surrounding increasing cases of Covid-19 has resulted in migrant workers stranded on streets. SECCPL foresees tepid demand for housing projects over the next few months as the full economic impact of lockdown plays out and this contribution to PM relief fund is keeping in view the double setback of suffering of migrant workers and the economic impact.
