Rs 38 crore disbursed among Unitech homebuyers
An amount of Rs 38 crore which was deposited by Unitech in Supreme Court’s registry has been disbursed among the home buyers seeking refund, company’s counsel Abhinav Agrawal informed the court on Wednesday.
The amount had been disbursed to those buyers who have who have given details on Unitech portal or have secured favourable judgement from NCDRC.
Apart from this, Amicus Curiae Pawan Shree Agarwal has been asked to identify persons who have properties in projects that have been co-developed by Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure so that the amount deposited by it can be disbursed on pro-rata basis among those seeking refund.
