The first session was moderated by Ramesh Nair, CEO & Country Head, JLL India was titled Going Beyond NCR - Hubs of Realty Growth & Revival. The speakers were Bhupindra Singh, Managing Director, Regional Tenant Representation and Office Services, North India, Colliers International; Irfan Kazi, Chief Investment Officer, Swamih Investment Fund – I, SBICAP VENTURES LIMITED; Tanuj Shori, Founder & CEO, Square Yards Consulting Pvt. Ltd; Santosh Kumar Agarwal, Executive Director & CFO, Alpha Corp Development Pvt. Ltd; Yukti Nagpal, Director, Gulshan Homz. The panel discussed the new emerging micro markets for real estate around NCR region. The second panel of the E-conclave was titled Delhi NCR Office Market- Poised For A Bounce Back moderated by Neeraj Bansal, Partner & COO, India Global & Head Corridors (ASEAN, HK), KPMG in India. The Panellist include Aman Kapoor, CEO- GMR Land Development, GMR Airport Holding Limited; Gaurav Karnik, Real Estate National Leader & Tax Partner, Ernst & Young LLP; Khair Ull Nissa, Executive Director, World Trade Center, Noida, GiftCity & Chandigarh; Rishi Raj, Chief Business Development Officer, Max Ventures and Industries Limited; Vibhor Jain, Head – North India, Cushman & Wakefield. The speakers deliberated on the causes and consequences of the pandemic on CRE and its expected strong recovery in near future. The Third session of the day revolved around Delhi-NCR Housing Market Roadmap To Recovery and was moderated by Pankaj Kapoor, Founder & Managing Director Liases Foras Real Estate Rating & Research Pvt Ltd. The speakers of this panel were Dr. Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi, Sr. Executive Director – Sales & Marketing, Experion Developers Pvt. Ltd; Chandan Kar, Sr. Director (CEO’s Office) – India Region, Risland India; Yash Miglani, Managing Director, Migsun Group; Achal Raina, Chief Operating Officer, Raheja Developers Limited; Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global, Chairman – National Council on Affordable Housing, ASSOCHAM India. The experts debated the crisis in housing market and the factors that are enabling this segment’s sooner than expected revival. The final panel discussion titled Facility Management At Frontline was moderated by Charu Thapar, MRICS, Executive Director, Property & Asset Management, Asia Pacific, Head of Strategy, Platform & Emerging Markets India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam & Philippines, JLL India. The panellists included Amit Grover, Executive Director – Office Business, DLF Ltd; Angad Rajain, Global Chief Strategy Officer & IFM Head, Tenon Group (Tenon FM); Rajesh Pandit, Managing Director, Global Workplace Solutions & Property Management, India, Middle East and North Africa, CBRE South East Asia; Sathish Rajendren, FRICS, Chief Operating Officer – Head Facilities & Asset Management Services India, Knight Frank India Pvt Ltd; Pradeep Lala, Managing Director & CEO, Embassy Services Pvt Ltd; Yogeshwar Sharma, Executive Director & CEO, Select Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. The panel members talked about the crucial role of facility management in getting corporate facilities back to operations for businesses and the health focus of workspaces.
