Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards Celebrate Pune Shining

An exclusive event for real estate and architecture professionals, The 11th Realty+ Conclave & Excellence Awards 2020- Pune presented by Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Pvt Ltd celebrated and felicitated Pune real estate’s achievements and inspired positivity amongst the real estate fraternity.

The daylong event held on 20th February 2020 at Hyatt Regency- Pune was attended by distinguished personalities from different sectors of the real estate industry. The grand show began with an enlightening conclave session. The first plenary session of the day titled Pune Shining: Emerging Real-Estate Trends 2020 was moderated by Aditi Watve, President- Investment Sales & REIT Advisory, Anarock Capital. The session had panellists Sachin Bhandari, CEO-VTP Realty; Kishanakumar Goyal, Chairman & Managing Director- Kohinoor Group Kohinoor Development Corporation; Hrishikesh Manjrekar, Executive Director- Amar Builders & Developments Pvt. Ltd; Roshan Oswal, Executive Director, Goel Ganga Group & Apurva Shah, Country Manager, Evervantage. Vision Indian Realty: Budget’s Demands and Opportunities was the second panel discussion and was moderated by Piyush Gupta, Managing Director - Capital Markets- Colliers International along with panellists Rajesh Mhatre, CEO- Vascon; Ashwin Mehta, Managing Director- Pankti Group; Saurabh Kothari, Director, Tax and Regulatory- PwC India & Amit Goenka, Managing Director & CEO- Nisus Finance & Prof. Amol Shimpi, Associate Dean & Director, School of real estate and infrastructure. In between panel discussions was an Interactive Session conducted by Vivek Agarwal Co-Founder & CTO Square Yards Consulting Pvt. Ltd on one of the hottest topics of present day real estate -"How to Bring Sales Velocity in Real Estate?" Panel three titled Disrupt or be Disrupted: What’s Next In Real-Estate Marketing? Moderated by Amit Wadhwani, Managing Director, Sai Estate Consultants with speakers Gunjan Goel, Director- Goel Ganga Developments; Vikram Kotnis, Managing Director- Amura Marketing Technologies Ltd.; Uday Dharmadhikari, Chairman - Advisory Committee- Indus Strategy Financial Advisors & Managing Partner, ReBuild LLP; Vivek Kulkarni, Director Sales & Marketing- Enerrgia SKYi Developers & Rohan Pate, JT. Managing Director & CEO - Amit Enterprises, Rani Wilfred, Co-founder Rewa Realty and Principal Co-founder, Delphi Luxury Realty and Armaan Kothari, Director, Ami Estates Pvt Ltd . Going ahead the audience was witness to an invigorating fire side chat titled FM & Workplace Convergence: Property, Place and People which had speakers Sanjeev Sehgal, Senior Director FM- CBRE International; Rushabh Vora, Co-Founder & Director- SILA and Vilas Jadhav, VP & Head (Facility & Asset Management, Pune & Goa) share a dais and bring forth valuable insights & Rinat Moscovich, Vice President, BVG India Ltd. The final panel of the day revolved around Pune’s Design Paradox: City’s New Urban Look and was moderator by Dheeraj Patil, Partner & Founding Principal- GSA - Green Space Alliance; Ar. Neelesh Chopda, Principal Designer- Onus Design; Ar. Sunil Patil; Principal Architect- Sunil Patil and Associates; Ar. Pratima Joshi, Founding Member & Executive Director- Shelter Associates (SA); Pranati Shroff, Director, Sprout Environmental Consultancy & Director- Shroff Group; Ar. Prashant Deshmukh, Founder & Principal Ar. Prashant Deshmukh & Associates & Siddharta Rajurkar, Partner- Studio 55. The fabulous Realty+ Awards night began with an inspiring keynote address delivered by Kumar Gera, Chairman, Gera Developments Pvt. Ltd followed by a special address by the renowned Ar. Christopher Benninger, CCBA Designs and dynamic Amit Wadhwani, Managing Director, Sai Estate Consultants. The Realty+ Excellence Awards evening was graced by the distinguished gathering of individuals from varied fields. As the evening progressed Realty+ also felicitated the esteemed members of the industry with the “Scroll of Honour” for the contribution and decades of dedication in their fields.
