Realtors to bring 25,000 affordable houses in Bihar

Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi invited the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), the apex body of private real estate developers representing over 12,000 members across India, to work for the development of real estate sector in Bihar and assured the state government’s full support to it. CREDAI’s national president Jaxay Shah announced they would build 25,000 affordable housing units in Bihar to help the central government achieve its mission of ‘Housing for all by 2022’. Labour and resources minister Vijay Kumar Sinha, UDHD principal secretary Chaitanya Prasad and CREDAI national chairman GetamberAnand and Bihar president Narendra Kumar as well as 100-odd developers from various parts of the country attended the meeting.
