The Real Estate Management Institute (REMI), launched its Owner Developer Program (ODP). The Real Estate Management Institute (REMI) Owner-Developer Program(ODP) anticipates the journey ahead and offered participants an eagle’s view of what to expect, how to respond and what they need to know to capitalise on the possibilities. Sarthak Shah, AVP Legal, TATA Housing Dev. Co. Ltd says “With the development of the new act, we need a lot of knowledge sessions which are important because the industry covers not only lawyers, it covers the whole body of architects, consultants and developers themselves. There is a huge gap in the right understanding of the law, so with these sessions and initiatives leaves a good knowledge, the right information for compliance management. As a industry practice, these sessions are fantastic on board.
