Prestige inks preliminary pact with GIC for commercial business stake sale
Bengaluru-based builder Prestige Estates’ wholly-owned subsidiary Prestige Exora Business Parks and a subsidiary of Singapore-based GIC (Realty) have entered into preliminary term sheet in relation to a possible significant minority investment in Exora, the company said in a regulatory filing.
