Ansal Properties and Infrastructure has announced the resignation of Prem Singh Rana from the position of non executive and independent director of the company. The resignation will be implemented with immediate effect. "This is to inform you that Dr. Prem Singh Rana, Non Executive and Independent Director of the Company vide his letter dated the 07th November, 2017 (received by the Company on the 08th November, 2017) has resigned from the position of Directorship of the Company with immediate effect," the company said in a BSE filing.
