Pizza Hut has partnered with Intalytics to optimise its real estate location strategy with the help of predictive analytics. As a real estate analytics solutions partner, Intalytics will provide the pizza brand with customised sales forecasting model and supportable unit analysis to boost customer dining options such as delivery, carry-out and dine-in. The company will continue to use Intalytics’ proprietary tool SiteIntel to visualise and assess its in-house real estate opportunities. Pizza Hut Chief Development Officer Al Litchenburg said: “Intalytics will incorporate more data-driven analytics into our real estate decision-making process. Our partnership with Intalytics will be instrumental in identifying both current and future opportunities for growth.”
