Peninsula Land Ltd's Salsette27 gets RERA registration certificate
Peninsula Land Ltd has announced that their latest luxury residential project, Salsette27, in Byculla received the registration certificate for RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority). Salsette27 project was launched nine months ago and is already registered in MahaRERA website. The registration number for the project is Maha RERA Reg. No P51900000642. Salsette27 is a luxury residential development project nestled in Byculla. The project offers spacious and well-designed 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. Peninsula Land Limited is known for creating international landmarks that redefine India’s skyline. The company has delivered more than 6.4 million sq. ft. of real estate with around 18.6 million under development in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Goa, Nashik and Lonavala. Some of the landmarks that Peninsula has given Mumbai include the Peninsula Corporate Park, Peninsula Technopark, Peninsula Business Park, Crossroads, CR2, Ashok Towers and Ashok Gardens. Commenting on the successful registration, Nandan Piramal, Director Sales & Marketing Peninsula Land said, "Salsette27 is one of our first projects to be registered under RERA.
