The memorandum submitted by NAREDCO Haryana to Mahnohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minister of Haryana Chandigarh this month has requested for review of critical problems faced by the developers/ colonisers of Haryana. This issue highlighted include
- Haryana Fire department refusal to issue NOC/ OC for the projects already built as per approved plans.
- Regularising of 33 and 11 KVA Electricity supply connection pending for years
- Granting of long pending affordable housing licenses
- Revenue Rasta passing through licensed colonies resulting in litigations
- Mechanism to aquire land for 24 meter wide roads
- Time extension to deposit EDC
- Review of EDC Policy in Low & Medium Potential Zone
- Un-viable parking policy in low & medium potential zone in comparison to hyper potential
- Review of density requirements to increase the affordability
- No License Renewal Fee for OC obtained part:
- No Stamp Duty on Joint Development Agreement
- Delays in environment clearance
- Unjustified property tax assessment by Municipal Corporation
- Advertisement Policy on buildings
- Utilisation of Labour Cess
- Need to speed up External Development Works
- Single Window Clearance
- Naredco member in Real Estate Regularity Authority (RERA)
- Naredco member in Gurugram Urban Development Authority (GUDA)
