The memorandum submitted by NAREDCO Haryana to Mahnohar Lal Khattar, Chief Minister of Haryana Chandigarh this month has requested for review of critical problems faced by the developers/ colonisers of Haryana. This issue highlighted include

Haryana Fire department refusal to issue NOC/ OC for the projects already built as per approved plans.
Regularising of 33 and 11 KVA Electricity supply connection pending for years
Granting of long pending affordable housing licenses
Revenue Rasta passing through licensed colonies resulting in litigations
Mechanism to aquire land for 24 meter wide roads
Time extension to deposit EDC
Review of EDC Policy in Low & Medium Potential Zone
Un-viable parking policy in low & medium potential zone in comparison to hyper potential
Review of density requirements to increase the affordability
No License Renewal Fee for OC obtained part:
No Stamp Duty on Joint Development Agreement
Delays in environment clearance
Unjustified property tax assessment by Municipal Corporation
Advertisement Policy on buildings
Utilisation of Labour Cess
Need to speed up External Development Works
Single Window Clearance
