Lucknow’s civic body to come up with new flats
After LDA and UP Housing and Development Board, it is LMC's turn to try a hand at real estate development. For the first time, LMC is coming up with four housing projects on two prominent roads of the city --Shaheed Path and Hardoi Road. It will announce the commencement of construction of these projects which would offer about 1,800 flats by 2019. State minister of urban development Azam Khan would lay the foundation stone of these residential projects on Sunday from Chakbast Kothi near Kaiserbagh. LMC officials said these 1,800 flats would offer all segments of houses -HIG, MIG, LIG and even EWS, depending on people's needs.
