Land prices increase by 20 per cent across Telangana
Telangana bounced back with a renewed vigour in last four years, leading to significant spurt in sales of open plots as well as flats. The sector insiders say land prices went up by almost 20 per cent in the past one year and residential apartment space witnessed escalation in prices of as much as 30 per cent in the past four years.The sales have gone up by 10-12 per cent on an average. This is likely to continue for next three to four years as land prices are going up everywhere as demand picked up each year since 2014. Hyderabad also has cost advantage compared to other big cities in the city. As the boom is to continue, the government should also improve the infrastructure in Hyderabad.
