Kohinoor Group Appoints Raghu Iyer as Director Residential Sales
Raghu Iyer has been appointed as Director of Residential Sales by Pune’s Kohinoor Group. He is in charge of controlling, achieving, and maintaining profitability and growth. Building verticals and businesses from the ground up, as well as delivering scalability for Kohinoor Group. He will also be in charge of developing critical growth sales strategies and action plans for the residential segment's expansion. Commenting on the appointment, Raghu Iyer said, “I am extremely happy and excited to be part of the Kohinoor family. Direct Sourcing Champion, with an excellent record of more than 500 crore contributions through a direct channel in a fiscal year, is one of his key accomplishments. He has 15 years of expertise managing teams with high productivity matrixes, as a product trainer and sales motivator who has created champions, and as an all-around real estate specialist. Iyer earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University and a master's degree in sales and marketing from IIM Kolkata.
