K Raheja Corp, featured in the Top 50 People Capital Index (PCI) Companies
K Raheja Corp, one of India’s leading realty players, has been featured in the Top 50 People Capital Index (PCI) Companies by the prestigious British Standards Institute (BSI). The independent study, now in its second edition, featured Indian companies across various sectors from real estate, insurance, aviation, banking, and retail. Among these, K Raheja Corp was the only Indian real estate company to be conferred with this recognition and was awarded at the ‘Leading From Behind Summit 2019’ at the Lalit Hotel in Mumbai recently. For this very credible list, the BSI laid out evaluation criteria to measure the companies’ eligibility to be featured. The main factors taken into consideration were as follows: The results were announced after a detailed survey on the aforementioned factors with the audit team sending out a form to K Raheja Corp’s employees. These were sent out to a minimum of 30 randomly chosen employees, in the middle management, over social media platforms to ensure an unbiased and fair collection of data. Only if a company had more than 30 mid managers vouching for the organization, an audit was conducted by BSI, after which K Raheja Corp was declared as one of the Top 50 PCI Winners.
