IVCA's conference in Mumbai

Indian Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (IVCA) conference was held on the 15th of June 2017 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Mumbai. Over 50 + Real Estate and Infrastructure private equity investors attended the event. One of the speakers Rajesh Krishnan, Founder & CEO of Brick Eagle Group spoke to Realty Plus on affordable housing and its challenges. He said, “Affordable Housing is a very complex problem for us to understand and succeed and even if you have some obvious points. There are certain things that need to be taken care of for affordable housing like need to get approvals on the right time, need to get land at the right price, need to be able to sell, need to be able to construct at the right pace and deliver it on time. Hence, if you want to do things on scale, then you have to have things on time.”
