Indiabulls Real Estate to raise Rs 100 crore
Realty developer Indiabulls Real Estate is planning raise Rs 100 crore through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), the company said in a regulatory filing. The NCD issue with tenor of 13 months will open on March 22, the company said in a BSE notice. The issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 10 lakh each will be done a private placement basis. The company had received shareholders approval for the same in September 2016 through a special resolution at its Annual General Meeting then.
