IndiaBulls Real Estate announces Q4 results
Net profit of Indiabulls Real Estate increased by 19% in the fourth quarter of financial year 2016-17. Company’s net profit stood at Rs 79.8 crore. The company's total revenue for Q4 FY17 was Rs 545.2 crore as against Rs 735.1 crores during the same period previous year, a drop of 26%. Company’s net income during the financial year 2016-17 also saw a decline and stood at Rs 2,844 crore from Rs 3,096 crore in the previous fiscal.
