India Ratings and Research has withdrawn Panchshil Corporate Park’s long-term issuer rating of IND AA-, with a stable outlook, after the agency received a no-dues certificate from the lender, stating the loans have been repaid.

This means that India Ratings will no longer provide analytical and rating coverage for Panchshil Corporate Park.
