Honouring the Gujarat Real-estate Leaders at the 8th Realty Plus Conclave 2016

In 2009, Realty Plus launched the ‘Realty Plus Conclave and Excellence Awards’ amid the peak of recession to build a dialogue with the real estate community. The Conclave now has amassed a strong brand recall with its signature brand equity. Not surprisingly, the second Gujarat edition of Realty PlusConclave on July 01, 2016 was an instant hit with the real estate fraternity in Ahmedabad. Realty conversations apart, the Conclave also honoured the contributors from different fields of real estate sectors through its signature “Scroll of Honour” – an acknowledgment from ‘Realty Plus’ to leaders from the real estate sector of Gujarat for their excellence and exemplary contribution to real estate industry. The Scroll of Honour recipients were Praveen Kotak - Promoter and Chairman, JP Iscon Ltd for ‘Leadership in Real Estate’. His son Harsh Kotak received the award on his behalf. Jaxay Shah - President Elect, CREDAI & Director, Savvy Infrastructure P. Ltd for ‘Innovative Professional Services’, Solicitor Paresh R Jani– Proprietor, Jani& Sons for ‘Professionalism in Legal Services’, Shekhar G. Patel – Managing Director, Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited for ‘Promoting Healthy Living Spaces’, Dipak Patel – President- Gujarat Institute of Housing & Estate Developers & Managing Director, Siddhi Developers for ‘Promoting business with Ethics’ and Ar. Hiren Gandhi – Founder & Principal Architect, Hiren A. Gandhi & Associates for ‘Excellence in Architecture’.
