Homebuyers lay serious allegations against M3M India's 65th Avenue project
Nine home buyers of M3M Golf Estate Colony, a residential project of M3M India in Gurugram, have laid serious allegations against the company. According to Major Gen Uma Kant Dube one of the home buyers, the builder who is developing the project – M3M 65th Avenue and M3M Heights under licence No. 15 of 2017, has migrated 10 acre land parcel from M3M Golf Estate Colony to the new commercial projects. The allegations comes days after M3M India announced investment of Rs 850 crore from Piramal Finance and Piramal Enterprise in the 65th Avenue project.
