Home buyers of AirwilIntellicity approaches SSP against delay in flats
Homebuyers of AirwilIntellicity, a mixed-use project in Techzone 4 in Noida Extension complained on Saturday to the GautamBudh Nagar SSP against the developer for delay in delivery of flats. In the letter, buyers have alleged the builder of non-delivery of the project as well as for changing the name of the promoters without prior knowledge of the buyers. Allegations have also been made against the builder for not responding to buyers’ queries. The buyers have expressed their apprehension over the builders’ intentions and requested police intervention to probe their whereabouts. Ajay Pal Sharma, SSP, GautamBudh Nagar said, “We have accepted the complaint and we will investigate the matter. No FIR has been lodged yet.”
