Hiranandani plans for industrial park
Real estate firm, Hiranandani Communities has announced that it is venturing into building industrial parks by the end of 2016. The company plans to leverage on government’s push to promote manufacturing in the country through its Make in India campaign. The first industrial park is planned on a 250 acres land in Pune. The second construction will be in Chennai, where it owns a 160-acre plot. The company is also exploring the possibility of bringing in global investors as financial partners for industrial parks.
