GoWork closes Co-working deal with TBO Group
GoWork, India’s largest collaborative co-working ecosystem, announced the launch of its second co-working campus in Gurugram. The campus is located at Plot-183 in Udyog Vihar, established across a sprawling area of 4.5 lakh sq. ft. The facility has gone operational with its anchor tenant, TBO Group acquiring 400 seats as a built-to-suit space, making it the largest single transaction of number of seats in coworking in Delhi-NCR. The new campus can seat at least 7000 individuals, and will become operational from the 1st of August. To cater to an increasing demand of co-working among corporates and their millennial employees, GoWork has strategically built world’s largest co-working facilities in Gurgaon, which also adds on the benefit of its proximity to the airport. TBO Group, the leading global travel technology company, has chosen GoWork in order to reduce the cost that goes into realty and technology while also getting a personalized workspace that facilitates the growth of the venture Apart from its anchor tenant, the newly launched campus will house GoWork’s operations team, which ensures its clients of quick response to resolve queries and direct communication.
