Godrej Properties inks pact for 1.7 million sq.ft housing project in Sohna
Godrej Properties has entered into a joint venture with a local developer to develop a group housing project in Sohna Sector 33. The project will offer around 1.7 million sq ft of saleable area and is located 12 kms from Golf Course Extension Road. This is Godrej Properties' first project in Sohna and eighth within the National Capital Region (NCR). "We are happy to add this new project in Sohna. This strengthens our development portfolio in NCR and fits with our strategy of deepening our presence across India's leading cities," said Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman, Godrej Properties.
