Godrej Properties forays into Gr. Noida
Godrej Properties has partnered with AR Landcraft LLP to develop a 100-acre residential project in Greater Noida.The project will have about four million sqft of saleable area and will be developed as a modern golf township comprising of a 9-hole golf course and villas. Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director and CEO, Godrej Properties said, “Greater Noida is an important part of the NCR market and this project addition fits well with our strategy of deepening our presence across the country’s real estate markets.”
