Godrej properties buys 12 acre land
Godrej properties has acquired 12-acre land parcel off Sarjapur Road in South Bengaluru. The company plans to develop around one million sq.ft residential project on the plot. This project will be developed in partnership with Godrej residential investment Program II. This is the second project under Grip II. “We are happy to add this new project in Bengaluru. Bengaluru is a key market for us and we look forward to building a landmark project,” said Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director and CEO, Godrej Properties.
