Germany to help Odisha

Germany recently has assured Odisha of assistance in developing Bhubaneswar as a model smart city and putting in place systems related to energy, transportation and waste disposal. German Ambassador in India Martin Ney gave the assurance during a meeting with Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. The German technologies will help the smart city in sectors such as sustainable urban mobility, water and waste-water management, renewable energy and energy efficiency.
