Furnish price details on housing projects
The Rajasthan High Court has directed the Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) to provide complete price details in its brochure while launching any housing project in future. A single bench of Justice P S Bhati rejected some petitions pertaining to a RHB housing project in Bikaner’s Mukta Prasad Nagar in which the buyers challenged an additional demand of Rs 20 lakh over the actual roll out price at the time of giving physical possession of housing units, but directed the board to exercise caution in future.
