Forum orders Visakhapatnam's builder to payconsumer

The Visakhapatnam consumer forum-II asked a real estate firm to pay Rs 90,000 to a consumer, Gottimukkala Raghu Jagannadha Raju, as compensation, besides a payment of Rs 17.39 lakh for leftover works after holding the firm accountable for deficiency of service in the allotment of two flats in Visakhapatnam.
