Five developers along with two others were booked on Saturday for allegedly usurping a 15,000 sq ft plot in Ulhasnagar owned by the Maharashtra government by forging the conveyance deed. The case has been registered by the special development officer (SDO) after activist Moti Duseja highlighted the irregularities. However, the builders have denied the allegations. The people who have been booked in the case were identified as Kishan Lahori, Ghanshyamdas Tuniya, Chandar Chawla, Mukesh Dudani, Rajesh Dudani, Sevaldas Bijlani and Bhagibai Bijlani. They have been charged under IPC sections 420, 467, 468, 472 and 120 (B). Source: Times Of India
