FIR against directors of Earth Infrastructure for fraud
An FIR has been registered against three directors and three employees of Earth Infrastructure Private Limited for allegedly cheating a Sector 55-based woman by transferring her investment in one project to another by influencing the investor. The woman, Meetu Singh, has alleged that the company was unable to provide her a flat in the TechOne project that she had booked in 2013. It later coaxed her into transferring her investment into another project, Earth Towne, she alleged. Meetu has mentioned in her complaint that after repeated checks on the status of the project, she found that the construction of the second project too moving at snail’s pace. She then approached the company to cancel her booking. But the company allegedly did not return the money.
