EOW seeks custody
The Economic Offences Wing of Police sought custody of Pujit Aggarwal, MD & CEO of realty developer Orbit Corp, in a matter related to alleged cheating case involving Rs 52 crore. Financial Institution Capri Global Advisory Services had filed an FIR with EOW, bringing to notice the fraud. Aggarwal is already in police custody, and a metropolitan magistrate court in Mumbai has already sent him to jail custody till October 3.
