Embassy Group’s employees join Covid-19 Fight
To contribute towards mitigating the negative impacts of the Covid-19 virus, Employees of Embassy Group have voluntarily donated from their salaries towards relief initiatives. In total, Embassy has raised a total of 72 Lakhs through employee donations. 66 employees had previously donated health kits in 14 Government Schools. Additionally, 60 employees volunteered their time over the academic year to distribute health kits for students and conduct short preventative health & hygiene awareness sessions. Embassy is currently supporting the distribution of dry rations to students and families of Parikrma Humanity Foundation, a non-profit organisation that provides high-quality, holistic education to children from orphanages and slums of Bangalore. They are also funding the distribution of rations to over 4,000 families of daily wage workers in Mahadevpura and Ulsoor. Further families have been identified that are also in need of rations.
