Emaar India Bags Industry Honour Award
Emaar India has bagged the ‘Residential Project of the Year’ award at the DNA Real Estate & Infrastructure Awards 2016. The award was conferred for the company’s The Palm Drive project in Gurgaon, during the award ceremony held recently at Hotel TajLands End, Mumbai. Digvijay Singh, Head-Corporate Communications, Emaar India, accepted the prestigious award on Company’s behalf from Tapose Bose, Vice President, Zee Unimedia and Dr. Sanjay Muthal, Executive Director, RGF Management Search.
Prior to this, The Palm Drive had also been named as one of ‘India’s Top 100 Luxury Projects 2015’ by Realty Plus and JLL. Moreover, it holds the unique distinction of being the first residential project to be delivered on the Golf Course Extension road.
The Palm Drive, with contemporary lifestyle and serene green spaces, is strategically located in the emerging suburban business district on the Golf Course Extension Road, Sector-66, Gurgaon. The phase-wise possession and handover is ongoing for the project, spread over 37 acres and comprising of 1460 units.
