DTCP registers FIRs against five Gurugram builders of Mayfield Garden
Following complaints of Gurugram's District Town and Country Planning (DTCP) Department, the city police on Monday registered FIR against five real estate developers including a company of a Bharatiya Janata Party MP, an official said. Allegedly, these developers failed to provide basic amenities to the residents. R.S. Baat, head of the DTCP, said the FIRs have been registered for violating Section 10 of Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Area Act, 1975. Preet Pal Singh Sangwan, Gurugram ACP said FIRs have been registered under relevant sections of IPC against Sheetal International Pvt Ltd, Satsudha Investment Pvt Ltd, New India City Developers Pvt Ltd, North Start Apartment Pvt Ltd and Ajay Apex Pvt Ltd.
