DMRC to construct 94 residential flats
Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is constructing 94 residential flats at an estimated cost of Rs 40 crore excluding land cost for economically weaker sections (EWS) in New Delhi. It has informed that these residential flats comprise one and two BHK categories at Okhla Phase-III. The construction of these flats is proposed to be completed by September 2018. The criteria for allotment of these units are yet to be finalized and the flats will be allotted based on applications received from the public.
