Delhi Infratech exits from L-zone
Real estate developer Delhi Infratech is moving its existing home buyers of its project Delhi Gate, a project situated in the delayed L Zone of Delhi, to a new residential project being developed in Chanchal Park Colony, Najafgarh Road. “We expected that the policy will be notified in at least six months from the time regulations were approved, however, because of the centre and state tussle, the policy has been delayed for long,” says Ashok Atri, director of the company.
