DB Realty CFO resigns

DB realty said its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Nagamallesh Gattu has resigned. He will be relieved from his duties with effect from August 31, 2016. The nomination and remuneration committee recommended the appointment of A Anil Kumar as the new CFO and also KMP of the company with effect from September 1, 2016.
