CREDAI Chennai to organise the 11th edition of the realestate exhibition ‘FAIRPRO 2018’between February 23 and 25 at Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam. While addressing a press conference, CREDAI Chennai chapter president, Suresh Krishn said that 350 housing projects in and around the city would be on display. “We are expecting sale to the tune of Rs. 500 crore this year, which is the 11th edition of Fairpro. Our research has found that people are looking for buying property after the implementation of RERA and GST,” he said. It would be first Fairpro after RERA and GST came into effect. Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami and deputy chief minister O Panneerselvam will be inaugurating the fair.
