Corona Update - Stanza Living sets-up employee contingency fund
In wake of coronavirus, Stanza Living has set-up a dedicated Employee Contingency Fund which is based on voluntary contribution from employees. Employees of Stanza in over 10 cities have come forward to pledge a part of their salaries to the fund, with the co-founders pledging 50% contribution to the fund collection. The company has collected Rs 10 lakh so far. This dedicated fund has been set-up to cover basic medical expenses for any employee in need, in the unfortunate incidence of contraction of COVID19. Annual sick leave quota has been relaxed for employees till April, and will be extended based on situation assessment in the next two weeks.
