Complaint against Builder
Anita Sharma, 70 year old NRI woman, has filed a complaint against the builder on fraud charges. She had booked a 1280 square foot flat in Samiah Garden City in Hapur in 2009, the possession of which has still not been given to her. In her complaint she said that she had been mislead by the builder several times and now they are not returning her money. She has registered the complaint at Phase 3 police station of Noida. Samiah Garden City is located on Hapur-Bulandshaher Road and comes falls under the municipal limits of Hapur city.
