CBRE opens a new office in Kochi
CBRE India Pvt Ltd. on Monday has announced the opening of its news office in Kochi, Kerala. With a dedicated office and the right resources, CBRE will be strategically positioned to further enhance its service offerings to customers, while supporting the growth of the real estate sector in the region. Kochi, which was recently announced as part of the Government’s “Smart City” initiative, has gained strategic importance in recent years and has witnessed increased demand for office space for large corporate occupiers, investors and developers. Kochi has close to around 50 CBRE professionals who are working at different client sites and will allow the company to better support the growing market.
