CBRE advises corporate
According to property consultant CBRE, the corporates need to effectively manage the available physical workplace to save on cost and improving business as well as employee performance. "In today's scenario, organisations are under pressure to drive down costs by increasing the 'static density', or the space per sq ft dedicated for each workstation," said Anshuman Magazine, Chairman, India & South East Asia, CBRE. A recent CBRE report found that the range of underutilised space in the key metro cities ranges between 27 and 58 per cent, which presents organisation an opportunity to make changes in their existing physical workspace to maximise work space utilisation and drive down cost.
